Within a 5 to 10 minute easy walk along the Camel Trail to the town which boasts many bars and restaurants and where you can take a Ferry across to Rock. The famous 7 Bays are within a 15 minute drive for a day out at the Beach. Please bring your own beach towels. Bed linen and bath and kitchen towels are provided.
As you go through the front door of Leafy Hollow you will find yourself in a large entrance hall which overlooks the front rose garden. There are conveniently placed coat and key hooks, an under-stairs cupboard and a games cupboard with an extra coat rail and safe.
The sitting room has 2 sofas, one with a chaise, and 2 swivel chairs in the bay window making for a comfy family chill out area. There is a wall mounted TV and a selection of novels and books about Cornwall. There is a Google Nest Hub Smart Speaker with screen which can be paired to a compatible device. The swivel chairs provide a superb vantage point to observe the birds in the garden and the activity on the Estuary. Look out for the Padstow Gig Rowers on a Sunday practicing in all weathers.

It has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. There are 3 chests of drawers, a wall mounted flat screen TV, hair dryer and a fixed clothes rail. Bedside table lamps are touch sensitive.
