There is a comfortable sitting room with a log burning stove and 55" 4K Smart TV and a separate games room with a 55" TV, older style playstation and Wii as well as a games table. The open plan kitchen and breakfast room leads out onto the garden via bi folding doors, perfect for a BBQ on the patio with an outdoor table that sits 12. There is also an office with BT phone, printer and internet, suitable for a space to get some work done if required. The large boot room is an ideally place to leave muddy boots and coats and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
