Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Great location not too far from the beach and close to restaurants. Nice bathroom products. Kitchenette convenient. Good wardrobe space.
Negative: Level to road which is good for luggage but as I was solo I didn't feel that secure. Could hear upstairs tenants walking around. Couldn't keep blinds up as people could see in (no privacy). TV is located on the wall next to bed so you so you can't watch it from bed! Couldn't turn ceiling fan on. Couldn't open the freezer, so no ice.
