Positive: This was superb value for money ..we stayed on a Tuesday night so it was very cheap and as we only needed a place to stay for the night it was perfect...very clean with very good facilities eg an air fryer, iron, steamer, hair dryer. We arrived late and didn't cook but everything was there if we had wanted it .We arrived late and left early so not able to comment much on the neighbourhood. It's a typical neighbourhood of small terraced houses . We had a quiet night and didn't see or hear anyone.

Negative: The back gate was broken and was swinging open as it was windy. That gave us a bit of a scare and could potentially have made us feel a bit unsafe knowing that someone could have had easy access to the back of the house.
