Summary: Arrived on a wet, chilly day to a lovely, warm welcome. Inside, the Penrhyn is well maintained and has that homely charm. The owners are friendly, full of local knowledge and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even finding a screw driver for my little boy's toy. The room was clean and warm and my boys loved the bunk bed. Little touches in the room like a mini fridge, face wipes and bottles of water along side tea, coffee, kettle and bathroom essentials were greatly appreciated. We had a great night's sleep, the beds were so comfortable. In the morning, after giving our breakfast order at check in the day before, it was brought to us quickly along with toast, fruit, cereal, yogurt and hot drinks. Nothing was too much trouble and it's one of the best breakfasts I've had. We'll definitely stay here again when in Blackpool.
