Immaculate, newly refurbished Victorian 5 bedroom property consisting of 3 floors, boasting double glazed sash windows and shutters throughout. Large living/dining space with Victorian fireplace and garden access. Downstairs W/C and large galley Shaker style kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, large range cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer and fully furnished for 10 guests also with garden access. The garden has a large slate patio with steps down to grassed area. Outside there is an 8 seater table and chairs and 8 portable sun loungers for you to take to the beach. There is also a 4 seater table at the end of the garden where the sun stays longest. First floor( bedroom one) a large master bedroom with sea view complete with double fitted wardrobes and king size bed and TV. Bedroom two, double bedroom with hanging space and TV. Bedroom three, large single room, bunk beds. Large beautiful Victorian style bathroom with free standing bath, basin and W/C. Shower room with large shower; basin and W/C. Second floor, bedroom four and five, two double bedrooms with wardrobe space TVs and one with en suite W/C and basin.
Only a 2 minute walk to a large beautiful sandy beach at the end of the road. All within 3 minute walk you have Tesco Express, various takeaways/restaurants, micro pub and bike hire. Only 5 min walk along the prom to the Crazy Golf. Sun Deck which is a beachside outdoor bar and music venue with 3 food vendors, one of which is a converted red London bus serving Kentish foods, Po'boy serving Cajun style fish n chips and Pizza by the sea. All exceptional standards. Just 10 minute walk to Margate Main Sands beach and seafront. Margate is a hive of activity with an enormous sandy beach which has lots of beach bars, music, a choice of many restaurants, beach , beach sauna, fun fair rides, inflatables, trampolines, deck chair and sunbed hire, arcades, vintage retro shops, pubs, Turner Centre art gallery and the iconic Dreamland amusement park which hosts many famous singers, bands and Dj's. There is also the famous Old Kent Market which has various food vendors .Highlights here are Ginas bakery which has freshly made bread and cakes.
