Initial logs for wood burner provided, additional logs available locally. Welcome pack. Small lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Natural grounds. Outdoor table tennis table. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. No smoking.. The Downs Barn Lodge is a single-storey, detached lodge, within an AONB, sadly we have recently lost all of our re-homed battery chickens, but we are waiting for the next batch to be liberated. Adjacent to the owner’s beautiful home, which has featured in many magazines and newspapers, the holiday property is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, between the town of Stroud and Cirencester. There is an award-winning farm shop and café just a 3-minute walk from the property. Superbly located for touring the villages of the Cotswold Hills, Tetbury and Westonbirt all close by, and Cheltenham within 20 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub ¾ mile.

Children are welcome to enjoy the garden but are strictly prohibited from entering the rear of the garden marked PRIVATE and the lawn in front of the main house. They should be supervised at all times. There is a swing and a trampoline but they are used at your own risk.
