A first floor apartment decorated with a modern feel and attention to detail, is in a very convenient position. Accessed off the main road via a cobbled courtyard, the apartment benefits from its own parking space for 1 car approx 10 meters away, however please note it is a little tight. Alternatively there is free parking approx 30 meters away.
A small number of steps leads down to the door with carpetted stairs up to the living accommodation.
The kitchen has all the equipment you need, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and dining table. Open plan to the living area with comfy seating (converts to sofa bed) and large flat TV makes it a sociable space. Sleeps 4/6 people, in two bedrooms, one a with a king size iron bed with a fully tiled ensuite shower and toilet, the second has twin beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room. A separate bathroom, fully tiled, with shower over the bath , toilet and sink.
Outside is a small area for seating over looking the cobbled courtyard.
