It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of three doubles and a twin, together sleeping eight people and served by a shower room, a bathroom and a cloakroom. Upstairs, there is a kitchen/sitting room with woodburning stove, a utility and dining room, whilst downstairs there is an additional sitting room and access to an external games room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking for three cars and a large decked terrace with two dining tables and chairs, a sunken hot tub and changing room and a summerhouse with seating and gas heater. Smugglers Rest promises to be a wonderful place to call home as you explore the Welsh coast. Property is for holiday rentals only does not accept hen, stag or similar parties. Please Note: During the winter months from 1st November - 31st March there will be an extra charge of £100 for the use of the hot tub. If you do require to use the hot tub during your stay please contact Sykes Cottages on 01244 345700 to make the payment.
All bookings between 1st April - 31st October the cost for using the hot tub is included in the rental.
