Positive: Pros: Big common areas (dining room, family room, drive way), Plenty of utensils, plates, glasses. House was clean and well furnished.
Negative: BBQ didn't work and they took a day to get it working and even then the way they wanted us to start it was dangerous. AC was locked yet after we texted they did unlock it. The house instructions had a big part about spa instructions and there was no spa. When the BBQ repair guy came out we asked about the spa and he told us to download the app to use it and he didn't get our point that there is no spa. They require a "face to face" check in which I didn't understand where that would be. I got a call that morning for a "virtual face to face check in" and they asked for all of our names even though this information was already entered in the reservation. When I said I already gave that information it was like talking to a machine - he wouldn't acknowledge what I said and he just kept repeating himself.
Summary: Good house, poor property management company.
