Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location, great value for money. Nice additional touches such as toys/games for the kids, treats and poo bags for the dog. Felt very welcoming. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets.
Negative: The double bed is against the wall so one of us would have had to climb over the other to get out of bed in the night. Not a problem for us as I slept on the sofa, but may be for someone else. Not sure how they'd get around this though. Also, we didn't have a great deal of hot water for washing up on the Friday evening or Sunday morning, even though the water heater was on from when we arrived. Wasn't a problem on the Saturday, somehow though.
Summary: A great place to get away for a couple of days, very welcoming and in a great location.
