Park View is a modern 2-bedroom house situated in the picturesque village of Hathern on the outskirts of Loughborough. The property was fully refurbished in August 2022 and benefits from views over the village cricket ground and park with countryside walks from the doorstep.

The open plan lounge with sofa bed and kitchen/diner offer ample space downstairs along with a convenient toilet. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms featuring king size beds (one of these can be made into a twin) and a family bathroom. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you will require including fast WiFi, 2 dedicated private parking spaces and Sky television with Netflix. Crisp white sheets and soft linen towels make for a true home from home feeling.
