Summary: Friendly service , but check in process is very slow. Rooftop and pool are quite nice, but services could be improved (no staff/towels before noon; confusing setup that makes it unclear whether cocktails/food are available or not). Excellent location in front of Opera metro. Recommended for 1-2 night stays
