Positive: The accommodation was exceptionally clean and exceptionally well equipped. There was a very generous welcome basket which was most appreciated. We had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable

Negative: We didn't meet the hosts at all and just to say hello and to ask if there was anything we needed would have made our stay more welcoming. Location wise the property is an annex next to the owner's property on a new build estate- a bit too built up for our liking. On a positive note it was located within walking distance to Frinton- about 20 mins walk.
