Positive: The setting is beautiful and spacious. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive.
Negative: The room itself, in particular, the bathroom, needs more attention to comfort (f. i. mirror too low for an average height person, bath curtains hanging loose, tub unusable for an elderly or handicaped or even a normal size person). Room not made for days, waste baskets not emptied, glasses and cups not washed, towels not changed...
