Positive: 1. Close to an excellent wet market. 2. The host was responsive. 3. The hot shower worked. 4. There were security guards and it was gated. 5. The pool amenity. 6. The washing machine was a plus.
Negative: 1. The carpet in the bedrooms could use some cleaning. 2. There was some mold in the bathroom tile grout and around the kitchen sink. 3. Some of the kitchen pans were in need of replacement. 4. There's a food pantry with sliding glass doors that have very sharp edges, and one of our party got scraped. 5. There are no instructions on how to use the washing machine. 6. The rules and regulations for the condo (located under the television) are outdated, especially the pool entrance fee. 7. There is a ground fault protection receptacle that the shower heater plugs into that had tripped and this required us to reset it before the shower heater would function.
Summary: Nice location, near the pier to Samal, Unit needs updating
