Welcome to Island Oasis! This brand new home sits overlooking a shallow, private cove of Perdido Bay, providing AMAZING views AND the perfect place for families to relax, recoup, play, swim, & kayak! This is a 3 bed/3 bath is new construction with all new furnishings, sleeps up to 8, & includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, & 2 kayaks! Spend all day enjoying the onsite beach, heated community pool, kayaking, swimming, etc, or take a quick drive to Perdido Key Beaches, restaurants, & more!
For our perspective March & April Guests, you'll be happy to hear that our community pool is now heated! So you'll now have a comfortable pool to enjoy on those beautiful Sunny & 75 days, and cool breezy nights.
This is a BRAND-NEW construction, three story townhome that overlooks Perdido Bay! It is located in the newly built Phase 2 of Innerarity Townhomes, a community that sits on a shallow, calm, and private cove along the bay's edge - making this a perfect spot for relaxing and recouping. With exceptional views and proximity, this unit and community is something you have to experience for yourself!
The lower level of the unit is the carport; includes an area for parking, 2 kayaks, charcoal grill, and picnic table. As you enter the front door, you'll find the first flight stairs that will take you to Level 2. Here you'll find the living room, dining room, private balcony, kitchen, first guest bedroom/bathroom - the first guest bedroom has a king size bed.
With a fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous bay views from the balcony, your family time will be well spent throughout this area of the home.
The second flight of stairs will take you to Level 3, where the master bedroom/bathroom, second guest bedroom/bathroom and laundry room are located. The master suite offers a king size bed while the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed along with a twin-size trundle.
The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate 8 guests. No more than 8 people will be approved. To sleep 8 guests, you would utilize the first king bed for (2) people, master bedroom king bed for (2) people, the second guest bedroom queen bed for (2) people, along the twin size trundle for (2) people.
Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing Phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the heated pool, clubhouse, and community beach areas.
Within the Unit: Two (2) Kayaks, (2) Paddles, adult and youth Life Vests, Charcoal Grill, Private highspeed Wi-Fi, TV's in Living Room and both Bedrooms; each able to connect to your preferred streaming services.
Within the Community: Guests will have access to all of the amenities of the existing phase 1 of Innerarity Townhomes, including the Heated Pool, Clubhouse/Gym, and community beach areas, all by utilizing the connecting boardwalk!
This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood located on Innerarity Island, nestled in the waters of Perdido Bay.
Perdido Key Beaches (Gulf of Mexico) are about 10 minutes away (5 miles). The complex offers a diverse mixture of friendly locals and relaxing vacationers. Neighborhood pool and fitness equipment are included as well! The pool is heated and open year-round. Come enjoy!
