This is a three story townhouse directly on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the waters edge only like .. 4 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.
The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.
There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom, and the first bedroom, with a twin over full bunk bed. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a king bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite offers a king bed, water views, and has an attached bathroom.
