Formerly a coach house, this charming stone built holiday cottage will enchant visitors with its lovely location just above the mere in the picturesque village of Monyash, which has a popular pub/restaurant, daytime cafe and superb children's playground. The cottage is ideally located for hiking and cycling starting right from its front door.
This well-appointed cottage is equally suitable for a quiet retreat or a family holiday, with short breaks also available. The cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, a twin and a double. The popular historic houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are just the other side of Bakewell.
Walkers have a huge choice of Derbyshire Dales and moorlands to choose from and cyclists have many trails, including the Tissington trail which passes just outside the village and where bicycles may be hired.
