The Space:
LOCATION: We are right in the heart of Manchester City Centre! Just a short walk away you’ll find a whole host of trendy bars, restaurants, cafes, shops museums and much more! You’ll be spoilt for choice and immersed in urban bliss.
TRANSPORT & FREE PARKING: Driving? We have a secure, free parking space beneath our building. Catching the train? We are located a stone’s through away from Victoria Train station where you can catch a tram or train. Perfect for those who want to do a spot of exploring further afield or for those just hopping around the city.
THE BEST BIT: Although in the heart of the urban buzz we are high above the skyline where you’ll find peace and tranquillity after busy day. There’s also a balcony so take it all in from above. You’re right in the heart of everything but it wont feel like that when your soundly sleeping.
BEDROOM: We have two double bedrooms, the master with its own luxury ensuite and we supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience. Our beds are super comfortable and you will get a great night’s sleep in our peaceful surroundings.
BATHROOM: Our home has two bathrooms, a large family bathroom and an ensuite attached to the master bedroom, we supply both bathrooms with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and towels for your convenience.
LIVING ROOM: You’ll find our super-sized sofa the perfect place to kick back and relax and the end of long and busy day! Enjoy a movie or a Netflix series on our Smart TV, you can login into our account and watch until your hearts content.
WIFI: We have reliable WiFi perfect when working from home or streaming Netflix.
KITCHEN: We have a fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking essentials. Perfect for those who love to whip up a dish and entertain or for those in a hurry its equipped with everything you’ll need. (tea and coffee provided)
DINING AREA: With our open plan kitchen and living area it’s great for cooking, dining and relaxing all in the same place and if it’s a beautiful Manchester evening, why not dine on our balcony whilst taking in the view.
BALCONY: Take in Manchester from above on our balcony. Start your day on the balcony with your morning coffee or watch the sun go down at the end of a long day.
GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS: We have a washer and clothes maiden which is convenient for those on a longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets)
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
