Positive: The property is located on a lovely family friendly site with a pool, play area and clubhouse. Close to places of interest such as the Norfolk Broads, Yarmouth and caister castle. The chalet was clean and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. Value for money.

Negative: The outdoor furniture was in need of repair/replacement. Screws picking out were sharp. Hot water was very hot so dangerous for our little one when washing her hands. Could do with thermostat turning down.

Summary: Very good overall. Minor improvements would make it perfect.
