It offers a cinema (one of the few left with Italian POW paintings on its walls), traditional pubs serving food, Indian and Chinese restaurants, as well as takeaways and cafés. You will find a great selection of independent shops with everything from ironmongers to greengrocers, and everything in between.
Picturesque walks and cycling routes surround, why not make a day of it and choose one of the modest routes. Pack up a picnic, roll out the blanket upon the banks of the River Teme, and settle down for a hearty lunch and refreshing beverage.
