Summary: Parking was good but we struggled to get in with the codes. Thankfully a member of staff let us in. We only stayed one night and it was in the O Hagan Suite (one of the best rooms) - good value but it was a Sunday night. Good things - comfy clean bed. Shower was great. Loved the projector. Not so good - no water in room , just a fridge full of fizzy sugary drinks which neither of us could drink. We asked for some water and was told they were awaiting delivery. Breakfast is no longer served in the Food Hall but is in a local coffee shop shortly walk away. Just 3 things on the menu - large "full English", smaller "full English" or yoghurt or oats with berries. No cereal or pastries and just one drink. They were really busy too (Monday morning around 8am ) which meant breakfast didn't arrive till after coffee. Staff that we encountered at the hotel were lovely and helpful within their means. Not a bad stay but some minor tweaks and it could be great!
