Situated On the hillside directly below Riber Castle the property is surrounded by horse pastures and farmland. Picture perfect stunning views are to be had from every window. The county town of Matlock is just 2 miles away and was popular from 1698 until 1950 for its warm springs that provided water therapy to travellers from near and far. Today the town provides a host of fine eateries, good shops, a fascinating museum and at the heart of the town, Leys Hall Park provides a lovely setting for a host of recreational activities including bowls, mini golf, tennis, boating and a children’s play area.
