Summary: I misread the directions and ended up at the wrong door but a helpful man on the phone put me right straightaway. The room itself was great - clean and well-kept, comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, good shower and the complimentary breakfast cereal and snacks were a nice touch. I had a very comfortable stay and will choose Winckley again.
