Summary: The room was clean the check in was appalling there was no one there when I arrived just a phone no and as we were going straight out we were told there would be staff on 24 hours that weekend by lady on telephone luckily someone came in and told us there would only be someone there till 9pm and after 10pm would have to call up and the jets should have been left in a box not helpful at all realy did not know who to believe also the toilet did not flush you had to keep going back and trying to flush it over and over and while on the toilet there was heat coming up from the toilet all very odd we told the reception and they did not say anything concerned just said ok
