We would like to welcome you to our Pflugerville Getaway. Our spacious two-story home offers 5 bedrooms and a large inground pool for hours of family fun. Once inside you quickly see that we thought of practically everything a family on vacation would need to accommodate a comfortable stay. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, large living room and a loft sitting area with a television. All we ask is that you remember to pack your swim suits and floaties.
We ask that all guests exercise caution in and around the pool area. We as owners accept no responsibility for any injury up to and including loss of life. We also will not replace or refund for any personal property loss or damage. All guest and their invitees are booking and visiting our home with this specific understanding that we accept no liability for any injury or property loss of any kind.
We can be reached at any time via phone, text, or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that do not hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.
Our home is located in the Pflugerville suburbs and we are located in a quiet neighborhood. Our neighborhood is close to a few parks and a stones throw away from everything North Austin has to offer.
Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.
Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.
We charge an additional guest of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.
We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually wonโt apply to you.
