Positive: The location was excellent, very central with lots of bars and restaurants in the area and tube and buses nearby. The staff were friendly and on hand.

Negative: The facilities are very basic for the price paid. Should have been more like £80 a night rather than £250, even is it was a weekend in June. It's fair enough that you know what you are paying for in advance of booking, but a bit more attention to the small details would have been good. For example we only had four coat hangers and it was not possible to get a second key for the room of two people. A few biscuits also would have been appreciated!
