We fell in love with the April Sound Community and hope you do too. With 2,500 sqft of living space 3 story lake front condo with the most relaxing lake views, you are sure to come back! Enjoy golfing, tennis, boating, swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in your backyard. Watch those afternoon thunderstorms roll in across the lake while you watch a movie or play games inside. The lake front condo has everything you could need to include the Keurig Duo coffee maker, so you can fully enjoy the morning sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the condo and plenty of guest parking up the street. We have keyless entry, Ring doorbell/camera, and Nest temperature control. Many neighbors live here full time, out of respect for them we must, NO PARTIES and there is a 10pm noise ordinance, failure to follow will result in $500 charge. Dogs are welcome, April Sound does have a rule that dogs must be on leash at all times. We will request information about your dog's breed and have to include a pet fee as a way to give our neighbors a piece of mind, as many neighbors have dogs who are permanent residents and have priority. April Sound is a gated community access given to listed guests only, access will be given during your stay. There is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, fishing poles, and inflatable stand-up paddle boards in the outside closet. If something breaks etc. Things happen, please let us know so we can replace it/ fix it.
