This duplex has recent renovations that will make an ever-lasting experience! On a deep water canal. Space for a 37’ boat.
Cabana Club access with pool, jacuzzi, and private beach.
Entertainment area with pool table, ping-pong table, Darts, 2 freezers, water hoses, and electric. A fisherman’s paradise!
Across the street are the pickleball courts, golf course, children’s playground, park and other entertainment!
The features of this 3 story home make it ideal for families or groups of friends who enjoy sharing space but also want the flexibility to have private time. There are 3 living areas as follows:
Ground Level- Entertainment area with pool table, ping-pong table, Dart board, BBQ grill, outdoor sofa and chairs.
2nd Level - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room (65” TV), dining area, washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms is considered another primary style room. Large Balcony.
3rd Level - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with large jacuzzi-style tub, and large balcony.

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed
1st bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be connected to make King size bed
2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds that can be connected to make King size bed
3rd bedroom has queen size bed (Considered another primary bedroom)
4th bedroom is the entire 3rd floor providing privacy with a Queen size bed and spacious balcony.
Our backyard is mostly private as there are trees and shrubs separating both sides of this duplex.

4 new lounge chairs in the backyard.
Large wood flooring with Dining table with bench, pool table, ping-pong table, dart board, and large sofa all under cover.
Water, electric, hoses and fish cleaning table + bait freezer, and Ice Freezer
Full set of appliances + pots/pans etc in the kitchen and Keurig + classic coffee makers, blender.
Washer/dryer on the 2nd floor main level.
Extra sheets and towels in the closets. Beach towels too!
Large 65” TVs in the Living Room + in the bedrooms.
