The walkout basement level gives up some extra space during your stay and direct access to the water. The laundry area is in the basement as well. A heat pump offers heat and AC. Also enjoy the 2-person kayak and a children's kayak (120lbs max) DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE
