It's an ideal home base for exploring, whether you head to Pemaquid Point, Rockland, Camden, Boothbay Harbor, or Tenants Harbor to catch the ferry to Monhegan Island - all of which are within 30 miles.
In the warmer months, this is a beautiful property for spending time outdoors. Bring your coffee down to the rocky shore each morning (please note that the shore is muddy at low tide), barbecue your lunch on the gas grill, and linger on your deck in the evenings to admire the view at golden hour. There's even a firepit on the grounds for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories of the day's activities.
