Positive: Location in a quiet area of the Dolomites, easy to get to many trailheads.

Negative: The small kitchen area was difficult to work in, especially when washing dishes,the water splashed all over the wood counter top. The kitchen area would benefit from a fold out counter space on the side by the stove-top. The fancy shower was not effective, better to just have a simple shower head/hand held sprayer.

Summary: Nice newer apartment, nice views of the countryside from the windows/balcony.
