Positive: Everything :) I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit the area. Everything is easily accessible with a car and if you just want to chill at the local beach, it is very close as well. The place is pleasant, with a beautiful garden and very well maintained; and the owners (a lovely couple that lives on the ground floor) are adding even better energy with their welcoming attitude and useful advice.
