Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale & Wilton Manors.The Space:Parking:- Space for up to 4 cars on the Driveway ( no street parking allowed)Interior:- Master bedroom: King Bed w/ in suite Bathroom & Walk-in closet - 2nd bedroom : King Bed w/ in suite Bathroom, Stand Alone Bath Tub & Walk-in closet - 3rd bedroom : Queen Size Bed with Bathroom next to it- 4th Bedroom : King Size Bed full of light and French doors-5th Bedroom: Queen Bed - Pool table- 2 Bath tubs- Kitchen: The Oversized Chef's Kitchen is nothing short of spectacular and is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation- Separate 2nd kitchen and prep area next to it- Laundry RoomOutdoor : - Large Heated pool - Lounge area with fire pit ( we do not refill the propane tank )- Dining area with a 6 burner BBQ gas grill - 4 sun lounge chaises- Gym: Home Gym equipment with Treadmill, bike, elliptical bike, Rowing, bench, free weight, leg weight lift machine etc...- Infra red Sauna This is a very quiet and established neighborhood. *No Parties Allowed*...Guest Access:A unique door code will be given for a smooth and flexible check-in.The Neighborhood:3 minutes away from Wilton Dr. with all its shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.8 minutes from Las Olas Blvd.Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250. This is NOT a party house, there is a very strict noise policy in place with noise sensors. It is located on a quiet street, you don't like noisy neighbors? They don't either ;) Up to $350 fee per noise violation. We keep the right to cancel your booking for multiple violation of this house-rule. If code enforcement is called or drives by, they can issue you a $1200 fine as well.This is a NON SMOKING property. 500$ fee for special smoke odor removal cleaning fee. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.*Please note that we provide complimentary toiletries for your arrival, but do not restock items during your stay.*The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the dining room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations).*Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood. Strict noise policy enforced on the property, by us, the community and by City Code Enforcement. Please be respectful of your neighbors and the City Rules, as well as house rules, at all times*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. Guests are responsible for any clogging and plumbing issues caused by flushing toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products, and other materials. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.Prior approval is required for bringing pets, and documentation for support animals must adhere to our policies. We allow a maximum of two dogs, each weighing under 25 lbs, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. Please notify us when booking to assess the pet fee accordingly. Additionally, a $1000 security deposit must be blocked, and a minimum reservation of 2 weeks is required. Unauthorized animals are not permitted, and support animals must present documentation upon arrival to ensure compliance.This is a NON SMOKING property.
