Positive: Absolutely everything. The property is absolutely stunning, from the location being right on the water with an amazing view just feet away from the water, to the attention to detail of every room. The kitchen has everything you need, new, clean, spacious. Big rooms, living room and the BEST balcony/ patio where we spent most of our time. The whole living area is covered in windows so You get a panoramic sea view and beautiful light throughout the day! Another great thing about this place is you have three bedrooms with 3 and half baths!!!! Fridge was fully stocked, great espresso machine to use every day. My favorite part is that it has the cutest little personal dock and little beach just feet away from the front of the house. I either laid out on the dock or beach every day and started my mornings with a little swim! Lastly but certainly not least is the host. He absolutely exceeded all expectations with making this a great stay. Went the extra mile but showing us around and upon arrival and saw us out on departure day. Showed us how to work the fancy espresso machine. Didn’t even mention this but we were surprised after he left when we opened the fridge and he stocked it with some essentials- including meats, cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruit and wine. Feel like rentals have become so impersonal recently with the digital check ins with codes and no connection- he brought back the connection and homeyness, making it a home away from home.

Summary: It was absolutely perfect. The photos don’t do this house justice. The host made our stay - so welcoming in every way!
