This beautiful and elegant villa will really impress you. After a total reform in 2020 there is practically no surface of the old house left without modification, all materials have been carefully selected and combined to obtain a unique result: high quality natural materials, the combination of stone and wood, mix of rustic and ethno, large surfaces in light tones, designer lamps, paintings and ceramics that give that special touch of colour. All of this clearly exceeds what is commonly expected of a holiday home.
On the ground floor, the living room, kitchen and dining room form a unique, bright space that is furnished with the above-mentioned combination of noble materials. There is direct access to the large outdoor terrace, garden and swimming pool. The entire outdoor area has been redesigned to offer comfort and an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation.
The four bedrooms have an exquisite style with great attention to detail, for example the different and original bedside tables, or the built-in wardrobes with a very special design. There are four bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms + one toilet. On the first floor are the two sea view bedrooms type Suite, which open onto a terrace of exceptional dimensions. This offers a great view over the entire outdoor area, the pool and the sea and you can go down from it directly into the garden.
The outdoor area is also characterized by large dimensions and a selection of modern and exquisite materials. A floor as white as that of the inside contrasts with the green of the grass and the turquoise colour of the modern swimming pool. A well-kept garden and extraordinarily large covered terraces. As well here the furniture is made of massive natural materials, really impressive.
