Die Wohnung mit eigenem und direktem Zugang zum großen Garten lädt Sie zum Entspannen ein. Ausgeschriebene Wander- und Nordic Walking Rundwege starten direkt vor der Haustür und in nur 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Wendelsteinbahn Talstation, einen Spielplatz sowie einen Ponyreithof. Wunderschöne Spaziergänge oder Radausflüge kann man ebenso direkt vom Haus aus machen. Nach einem erholsamen Urlaubstag im schönen bayerischen Voralpenland können Sie abschließend noch Ihre Beine in der nahe gelegenen Kneippanlage kühlen. Das Wendelsteingebiet mit dem Sudelfeld, der Riesenkopf und viele weitere Berge wie das Kaisergebirge in Österreich bieten unzählige Möglichkeiten für jeden Schwierigkeitsgrad. Im Winter lädt das nahegelegene Sudelfeld zum Skifahren, Skitouren - oder Schneeschuhgehen ein. Weitere Ski- und Rodelgebiete sowie Langlaufloipen sind im nahen Umkreis einfach zu erreichen. Ein idealer Schlittenhang für Kinder ist sogar direkt vor dem Haus. Der Chiemsee ist in circa 30 min erreichbar, München, Salzburg und Innsbruck in circa jeweils einer Stunde.
Die 2019 renovierte, hochwertig ausgestattete ca. 50 qm Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, eine eigene Terrasse inklusive Gartenmöbel sowie einen Grill. Die Mitnutzung des großen, eingewachsenen Gartens ist gerade auch für Familien ein Plus. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer, sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd (Ceran), Backofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Das Bad ist mit begehbarer Dusche und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein ist gemütliches, modernes Ecksofa das bequem als Schlafsofa (1,50m Breite) genutzt werden. Selbstverständlich bieten wir unseren Gästen kostenlosen Internetzugang via WLAN an.
