Summary: I was very satisfied with my stay at Köln Urban Loft. The location of the hotel was excellent; it is right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, and essential facilities such as air conditioning and hot water were working perfectly. There were only two minor points that I found inconvenient: the room did not have bathroom slippers, and there was no mini fridge. Apart from these, I had no complaints at all. All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. There are many markets nearby, such as Penny, and a little further down the street there is a Turkish market called Karadağ, which is a great convenience. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and if I visit Cologne again, I will certainly stay here.
