This entire 3BR duplex apartment is a newly furnished gem and a true urban escape hidden within the heart of Sugar House! All three bedrooms are private, the living room can also convert into another sleeping area, and the laundry room offers ample storage space for travelers' ski equipment and gear.
The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed w/brand-new, top-rated "DreamCloud" hybrid mattress & storage drawers, closet, full-length mirror and wooden victorian doors that close to create privacy or open up into the living room. Please note that there is a shared wall with the adjacent duplex apartment).
The living room has comfortable seating (including a brand new convertible "Apt2B" 5-star sleeper couch), smart TV w/Netflix, Disney, etc large leather ottoman, and a motorized leather recliner.
The upstairs also has a bathroom w/tub & shower feature and luxury towels, and a fully-stocked kitchen w/a cozy dining area, fridge, oven, and microwave.
The second upstairs bedroom has a bunkbed and trundle (3 twin XL mattresses), a closet w/dresser, two 2-drawer nightstands, and a table/desk with two children's seats.
The side entrance has a mud room where you can store your coats, skis, etc. and it leads upstairs into the kitchen and downstairs to the second floor.
The downstairs hallway leads to a private bedroom (full size bed w/brand-new, top-rated hybrid "DreamCloud" mattress), a desk/office space, and a large closet.
You'll also have your own washer and dryer in the large basement laundry room, and skiers/outdoor adventurers will appreciate drying and storing their gear here or in the mudroom just by the stairs.
