Negative: Cleanliness 👎. Owners need to ensure that the the property is spotless and clean prior to guest arrival. It looks like they rely on the previous guests to clean and they only come in to change bedsheets. They didn't broom under couches and beds, didn't mop the house - stains on kitchen floor, spiderwebs and dust everywhere, stains on couches, black mould in the bathroom wall, garbage bin was full of maggots and to top it off the grass was never mowed the whole week we stayed. It was so long the kids couldn't enjoy playing outdoors and i couldn't get any nice photos of the backyard because the grass looked neglected. There is only 2 bedrooms inside the house the 3rd bedroom is located in a granny flat at the back. Lastly, there is no air con so you have to either use the fan or open the windows and doors BUT beware there is no flyscreens so all the flies in Toukley will be sharing the home with you!
Summary: Would not recommend this place, look elsewhere if cleanliness is a priority
