Fresh sheets, outdoor shower, small fridge, microwave, broiler and air fryer, hammock, fire pit, aircondioner, heat, updated and renovated bathroom. indoor and outdoor seating areas. Kayaks (2 10') and paddle board available. Continental breakfast with coffee, popcorn, welcome waters, Purified water ice cubes. We are DOG FRIENDLY! and sanitized the room and all the bedding and towels.
The space
This is a guest house located on a secluded corner lot, which is on the same property as a multi million dollar one-of-a-kind architectural marvel. Canal on one side and Tampa Bay on the other. Sand as soon as you walk outside the house to the beach. You can see St Pete and Tampa, not to mention over 60 palm trees and mangroves on the property. This guest house is unique and one of a kind, super quiet, serene, and immaculate! One cool feature is the outdoor shower that was recently renovated! Double boat dock with benches. Also a Deep Glow light to see the underwater fish at night. You can see dolphins, fish, manta rays, and sometime a manatee! Outdoor seating at beach, in screen room and outdoor chairs with smoking area.
