Check-in: 4pm - IF earlier checkin is available, we will send the door code in advance

No smoking on property.
No parties or events unless approved in advance.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors.
NO PETS allowed
POOL RULES
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
No diving – the pool is not deep enough for safe diving.
No glass in or around the pool area – use plasticware.
Shower before swimming to help keep the water clean.- no peeing in the pool ;)
No running around the pool deck – surfaces may be slippery.
Please close the pool gate after use.
SAFETY & CLEANLINESS
Keep doors and windows locked when not at the property.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Please rinse off sand before entering the house or pool.
Trash should be placed in outdoor bins. Trash is picked up twice a week.
Report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT
Load and run the dishwasher.
Take out trash.
Put all towels in the shower/bath tub.
