Welcome to Turtles Cove. We are located in the Seabrook Village- Beach District. Come and sit on your private porch and watch the ships come in or watch the sunset. This two bedroom, 1 bathroom suite is family friendly. Walking distance (just across the bridge) to downtown Hampton Beach where you will find great restaurants, entertainment and the main boardwalk. You are surrounded by beaches- take your pick! Come and stay at your home away from home!
Turtles Cove has 2 parking spots which are located directly in front of the suite. Please park appropriately. If all unit are full there needs to be enough room to park 5 vehicles on this side of the building.
Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm.
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.
Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.
Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if theyโre responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
