Summary: There was no communication whatsoever with the host they send automated emails asking for your first night and how was it but when replying no answer was received nor through message. There was a guard who made our stay way too hard. We understand the security of the building and of the people but he did not even wanted to open the door for my husband who actually paid for the stay I just have my name, but everything he paid that’s the only negative review I wish I could provide his name but I don’t have he was the most dark skin out of the three guards we had
