Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very well thought out layout. Each of the five bedrooms had their own bath. Plus there was a 1/2 bath on the first floor. The kitchen was bright and spacious with high end appliances. The owner did not skimp on the finishes. The living room was furnished nicely and was well situated by the kitchen. There was a master suite on both the first and second floor, which was great! Most of the bedrooms had a TV. The screen porch in the front is perfect for taking in the view. The flooring and the color scheme of the house is great too. It’s a convenient walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Either a 15 or 20 minute walk depending upon your stroll factor.
Negative: The swimming pool wasn’t covered even though it was mid October and we did not have it heated to use. With a small puppy we had to constantly be vigilant. There is construction going on across the street which made for too early wake-up’s with all of the noise. Plus lots of dust and dirt from the construction got on our cars in the driveway.
Summary: Beautiful house, perfect setting, wonderful destination.
