Positive: This property is very close to playa 72 and offers easy street parking in the residential area and easy beach access. At the time of my booking, the address was written as "Calle 10 Nte 1582" - GPS took me quite a way inland on Calle 10, which wouldn't have offered the easy beach access (I think the address just needs the "70"). The discrepancy between this and the pin location had me worried at first. No worries, the pin is correct and the building is easy to find on the corner of Calle 70 and Avenida 10. Also, the owner was super responsive (in English and Spanish) over Whatsapp to help and the rooftop pool area was nice.
