Summary: Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money.
