Summary: Great hotel - stayed many times and always first choice. One point to note this time was I stayed in 241 and my friend 248. This has a large area outside the service lifts/area and had carts of (clean) laundry and cards of glasses, ironing boards etc left out for the whole 3 days. That lack of attention to detail - someone senior spot checking - was a let down on what is a great product
