The River View at Northampton is a seasonal luxury camping experience which is located on a private, quiet lot overlooking the beautiful Saint John River.

While staying at the River View you can enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, large patio, picnic table, outdoor games and the view!

Inside there is an electric fireplace, two HDMI TV's, Blue Ray player, stereo, air conditioning and cookware.

If you want to get away The River View is the place for you! Reconnect with nature, unwind and enjoy the view.
The space
The RV is located on our property but you will have a private experience as there are plenty of trees and plants to separate both areas. The proximity allows me to respond quickly to any issues or requests you may have. We have lived here for 10 years and it is a quiet area. Our neighbors are kilometers away. Although, you may hear a deer running by, an eagle overhead or a small mouth bass enjoying the calm river in the morning.
Guest access
Guests will have access to approximately 1 acre of property where the RV is located. There is a private driveway and plenty of outdoor space.
